Several years ago, SOJC made the decision to use the new High Holiday prayer book, Mahzor Lev Shalem (meaning “a full heart”) for our High Holiday services. With its new translations, responsive readings and explanations this change has brought increased spirituality to our High Holiday experience.

High Holiday Machzor Only $36.00

We ask once again this year, as we have in years past, that you be aware that the synagogue has only a limited number of these Mahzorim – all of which have been generously donated to SOJC – available to the general congregation. We strongly encourage that you purchase a copy of Mahzor Lev Shalem for each member of your family as we cannot guarantee their availability at any particular time.

We also invite you to consider donating copies of Mahzor Lev Shalem to SOJC as we strive to offer all those in attendance a rich and complete High Holiday experience. Donated Mahzorim will have a donation placard placed inside with a personal message.
