Rabbi Grace Gleason

Grace Gleason is an incoming fifth-year rabbinical student at the Jewish Theological Seminary. She served as the Marshall T. Meyer Rabbinic Fellow at B’nai Jeshurun in Manhattan from 2020-22, where she is a prayer leader and teaches the Introduction to Judaism class. She has also served as a prayer leader and teacher in many other settings, including the New City Jewish Center, Moreshet Yisrael in Jerusalem, and Camp Ramah in Wisconsin. Moishe House, Mishkan Chicago, and Town and Village Synagogue in Manhattan. She graduated from SVARA yeshiva and Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies and is passionate about Jewish text study as a spiritual practice. She is pursuing a Certificate in Pastoral Care and has served as a Chaplain Intern at the Osborne Association in Brooklyn, New York, and will serve as a Chaplain Intern at Advocate Lutheran Hospital in Chicago this summer. Originally from Chicago, she earned a BA from the University of Chicago in Political Science and Religious Studies.
